Cohort-based consulting is an effective, affordable, and relational way to tackle your business problems. Together with other participants you’ll learn to embrace your limitations, find new and creative ways forward, and start building healthier workplaces for yourself and for others.

You’ll learn just as much - if not more - from your cohort as you will from the content itself. We have an comprehensive intake and interview process to help ensure that the cohorts have a great chance for collaboration and creativity.

❋ Better together

Led by experienced moderators who have real-world experience that they can share from. Our goal is not just to give you the answers or solutions to your problems, but to draw from our experience and help the group discover new ways forward

❋ Expert Facilitation

Part One

In-person, one-day intensive

With between 6 and 10 people per gathering, you’ll be able to quickly form connections with the other participants. Material is designed to be experiential in nature, helping you to discover that being vulnerable about our own weaknesses can create new avenues for connection and for growth. You’ll hear from other leaders, form connections with your cohort, and set the stage for your work together in digital meetings after the event.

In each meeting, one person will bring a problem to the group and we’ll tackle it together, along with some input from the moderator and some homework for the participants.
